Applicants must provide income verification showing monthly income equal to or greater than three times the base rent, or use a qualified guarantor with income equal to or greater than five times the base rent. A government-issued photo ID, rental history check, credit check, criminal background check and Pet Profile are also required. All applicants must complete a Pet Profile, including those without pets.

Yes. Residents are required to maintain a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage. ResidentShield is SkyHouse Channelside’s preferred renter’s insurance provider.

Apartment homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, upgraded finishes, wood-style flooring, contemporary kitchens, an in-home washer and dryer, generous storage, and ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom.

SkyHouse Channelside apartments include a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric glass-top range and oven, and a full-size stacked front-load washer and dryer.

Residents are responsible for electricity through Tampa Electric (TECO) and internet, cable and phone services through Spectrum. Water and sewer usage is billed with monthly rent.

Yes. SkyHouse Channelside is a pet-friendly apartment community. Each apartment is limited to two pets, and breed restrictions apply.

A one-time pet fee of $400 applies to your first pet, and $200 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per apartment.
